You can fully customize the menu structure, add dropdowns, and control which menu items appear in which location.

# Elementor & Editors

Corpox is built to work seamlessly with Elementor, the most popular drag‑and‑drop page builder for WordPress. This allows you to create custom layouts without writing any code.

  2. Navigate to Elementor → Settings in your WordPress dashboard.
  3. Enable Elementor for Posts, Service Posts, Portfolio Posts, Member Posts and Pages (recommended) so you can design all post types.
  4. Save changes.

Corpox Widgets

Corpox includes a vast collection of custom Elementor widgets, constantly growing in number. With these widgets, you can easily build professional and engaging websites for any type of business, from consulting and digital agencies to healthcare, fitness, and construction.

These widgets extend Elementor’s core functionality, allowing you to create fully customizable sections, interactive layouts, and visually appealing content blocks without any coding. You can combine them in endless ways to craft a unique and polished website that perfectly fits your brand identity.

Whether you want to highlight services, showcase projects, display team members, or add dynamic features like call-to-action blocks and testimonials, these widgets provide the flexibility and power to build a modern, professional, and conversion-focused website for any business.

Other Editors

The theme is compatible with the native WordPress block editor (Gutenberg) as well. You can freely use it for posts and pages if you prefer a lightweight editing experience.

Tip: For the best experience, always keep Elementor and Corpox Core plugins updated to the latest versions.

Creating Full‑Width Pages

If you want to create a regular page (with a page title), simply create a page normally and edit it with Elementor.

For completely custom layouts without a page title (like the Homepage):

  1. Create a new page.
  2. In the Page Settings (usually in the right sidebar), set Page Width to Full Width.
  3. Disable the Page Title option.
  4. Click Publish and then click Edit with Elementor to design your page from scratch.
Tip: This setup is perfect for creating landing pages or a homepage with a clean, distraction‑free design.

# Translation

Translation Support

Corpox theme is fully translatable and works with popular translation plugins such as Loco Translate (free) or WPML (premium).

Where to Find Translatable Strings:

Since Corpox comes with its own core plugin and includes , some phrases may be located in different text domains. If you cannot find a specific phrase, please check these three places:

  • Corpox Theme – For front-end UI strings, buttons, page titles
  • Corpox Core Plugin – For custom post types, meta fields, customizer options
  • Plugin – For post grids, layouts, and preset names
💡 Tip: This is a common practice for modern WordPress themes. If a string is not found in one text domain, simply check the other two before contacting support.

# Developer Guide

Child Theme Support

Corpox comes with a ready-to-use child theme included in the purchased files. Using a child theme is strongly recommended if you plan to customize theme code (PHP, CSS, or templates).

Installing the Child Theme:

  1. Locate the corpox-child.zip file inside your purchased package.
  2. Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Themes > Add New.
  3. Upload and activate Corpox Child.
  4. Your customizations can now be safely added to functions.php or style.css inside the child theme.
💡 Tip: When the parent theme is updated, your customizations in the child theme remain intact.

Recommended Customization Workflow

  • Add custom CSS to style.css inside the child theme.
  • Use functions.php in the child theme to enqueue additional scripts or override theme functions.
  • If needed, copy template files from the parent theme into the child theme and modify them safely.
  • Avoid direct edits to parent theme files to prevent losing changes after updates.

Developer Notes

  • Minimum Requirements: PHP 7.4+, WordPress 6.0+
  • File Structure:
    • /assets – Contains all theme assets, including CSS, JS, images, and SVG files.
    • /config – WooCommerce custom functions, css and js files.
    • /inc – Core PHP functions, theme hooks, and option definitions.
    • /languages – Translation files, including corpox.pot for localization.
    • /plugin – TGM configuration and bundled plugin installer (used to recommend or install required plugins).
  • Best Practice: Use WordPress hooks (actions & filters) when available, instead of editing core files.
🧑‍💻 For Advanced Developers: Corpox was built with clean, modular code. You can hook into WordPress actions and filters, enqueue additional assets, or register custom post types/taxonomies without conflicts.

# Custom CSS

Corpox provides a quick and safe way to add your own custom CSS without editing theme files. You can easily insert any additional CSS rules in:

  • Dashboard > Corpox > Theme Options > Custom CSS – Recommended way
  • Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS – WordPress native way
  • Child Theme > style.css – For developers who want to keep styles under version control
💡 Tip: Using the Theme Options > Custom CSS panel is the easiest method — your styles will remain after theme updates.

# Troubleshooting

If you face any issues with Corpox, follow these recommended steps before opening a support ticket.

1. Check System Requirements

Ensure that your server meets the minimum requirements listed in the System Requirements section. Most issues with demo import, theme installation, or saving Theme Options come from low PHP limits.

2. Verify Required Plugins

Make sure all required plugins are installed and active:

  • Corpox Core (required)
  • Elementor (required)
  • Redux Framework (required)
  • Contact Form 7 (optional, only if you need Contact Page)

3. Clear Cache

If you use a caching plugin or CDN, clear the cache after making changes. Some visual issues may simply be cached versions of your site.

4. Switch to Default Plugins & Theme

To rule out conflicts, temporarily disable other third-party plugins and check if the issue persists. You can also test with a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-Four to confirm if the issue is related to Corpox.

5. Enable Debug Mode

Enable WP_DEBUG in your wp-config.php file to check for errors. This can help you or our support team identify the root cause faster.

6. Reinstall Theme or Plugins

If you suspect a corrupted file, re-download Corpox from ThemeForest and reinstall. Do the same with Corpox Core and plugins.

💡 Tip: If nothing helps, you can contact our support team. Provide as much detail as possible: screenshots, browser console logs, and WordPress dashboard temporary admin access (if needed).

# Backups

Regular backups are essential to protect your site from data loss due to updates, server issues, or accidental changes.

Recommended Backup Methods

  • Plugin-based backups: Use popular plugins such as UpdraftPlus, BackWPup, or All-in-One WP Migration.
  • Hosting provider backups: Many hosts provide daily or on-demand backups. Make sure to enable and test them.
  • Manual backups: Export the WordPress database via phpMyAdmin and download the wp-content folder manually.
💡 Tip: Before performing major updates (theme, plugins, or WordPress core), always make a full backup.
